| Safehands Network Ltd recruit nannies specifically to each clients needs. We differ from other agencies, we do not have thousands of nannies waiting in the system to be placed. Whatever your needs permanent or temporary nanny we will endeavour to meet your requirements. Safehands have Nanny’s and Babysitters available. Our carers range from newly qualified to experienced individuals (i.e. Mothers, Grandmothers). You will see sight of their applications prior to meeting with them so that you get a feel for their experience and background. We are here to consult you and guide you through the process. The process: Register Fill out the registration form and return to Safehands specifying your needs. Application forms We will match your needs to suitable applicants and if necessary recruit specifically. Any suitable candidates will be sent directly via email or post. Review applications Once you have read through the candidates, identify applicants you are prepared to interview. Inform Safehands of the nannies you would like to meet, please note good candidates are placed faster so you need to be quick! Interview The interviews will usually take place at your home so they can see their place of work. Following the interviews Safehands will follow this up with a phone call to both families and candidates. Second Interview If necessary you may request a second interview. Job Offer Once you have met with all applicants and carried out interviews, you will inform the Agency to make an offer. Agree terms and conditions If the candidate accepts the offer you will agree terms and conditions i.e. pay, holidays etc. Set a start date and sign a contract of employment (this can be provided by Safehands). Should the candidate not accept the offer then we will continue with the search. Safehands Network Ltd suggest a proper contract of employment is drawn up between you and the Nanny, as this provides security for any disputes amongst either party. We will provide you with templates upon request. |
