As members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) the HR team are trained and experienced in recruiting individuals, and they are also on hand to answer any employment questions.
Safehands Network Ltd is a registered umbrella body with the Criminal Records Bureau and can undertake CRB checks on behalf of others who are not registered. All staff, whether based at the company’s head office or in the child / social care field are required to have a CRB enhanced disclosure certificate. It is the company’s policy to update CRB disclosures every two years…
Parents employing a nanny will usually apply for an up to date CRB, as this is designed to give peace of mind and to make safer recruitment decisions. Safehands will administer the CRB applications and provide advice on CRB checks.
